Shipping

Orders ship from our US facility within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Subscription orders always ship free; one-time orders ship free over $50.

You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves the building.

Returns & the 90-day guarantee

We don't do returns — we do better. If a product isn't working for your dog within 90 days of your first order, tell us and we refund you in full. No return shipping, no restocking games. Keep the tub. See the Guarantee page for full terms.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo to support@vetprocomplete.com and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to send anything back.
